Welcome to FlexPro Printing Solution. By using our website or purchasing our printing and design services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
FlexPro Printing Solution provides graphic design, flex and banner printing, sign boards, digital printing, business cards, brochures, flyers, stickers, labels, promotional materials, and other customized printing services.
Orders & Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, dimensions, colors, and other information required for their orders. Customers should carefully review and approve the final design before printing.
Design & Approval
For design services, our team may provide a digital proof for customer approval. Printing will begin after the design is approved by the customer.
Minor differences between the digital proof and the final printed product may occur due to differences in screens, printing processes, materials, and color profiles.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to the specifications, quantity, materials, finishing, and requirements of the order. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment terms will be communicated before or during order confirmation. Additional charges may apply for changes, additional design work, urgent orders, special materials, or modifications requested after approval.
Delivery
We aim to complete and deliver orders within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on order quantity, design approval, material availability, production requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.
FlexPro Printing Solution is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes & Cancellation
Customers should request changes before final approval and production. Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Any additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes may be charged separately.
